Developing the placement

ITT providers, settings other than schools and trainee teachers should read the guidance and use the checklists on this website to develop successful placements.

Successful placements rely on building strong partnerships. Each placement should be built around the needs and interests of all partners involved. It is advisable to draw up a partnership agreement at the earliest possible stage.

To develop a successful placement all partners should:
